Terms of sale

The sales prices indicated are in euros, including VAT, and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer and are invoiced upon order confirmation, in addition to the selected products. Antonio Barbaro srl reserves the right to change prices without notice and to change shipping prices at its discretion, but undertakes to apply the prices in force and to explicitly display prices and shipping costs, as indicated on the site, at the time of the order. Any refunds are always made by Antonio Barbaro srl through the payment system used to make the purchase. Conditions subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005

Antonio Barbaro srl will issue an invoice, attaching it to the product intended for delivery.

Antonio Barbaro srl will only include the information provided by the customer in the invoice above, specifying that no changes will be permitted after the invoice has been issued.

The customer can only purchase products as per the electronic catalogue on the gilbostore.com website and existing at the time the order is placed. In this regard, Antonio Barbaro srl communicates that the images and technical data, without exception, accompanying the product sheet displayed must not be considered by the customer complete and exhaustive of the characteristics but may, therefore, differ in size, color and accessories or otherwise.

For all that has been communicated and accepted by the customer up to now, no responsibility can be attributed, for any reason and/or title, to Antonio Barbaro srl Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Antonio Barbaro srl via email, sent exclusively to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will contain all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and communicate any corrections within 2 days. Only subsequently Antonio Barbaro srl , having verified the actual availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer data, will send via email the definitive acceptance of the contract, which only from that moment must be considered concluded and stipulated between the parties for all legal purposes.

By placing an order on the gilbostore.com website, the customer declares that he or she has read the terms and conditions of sale, the payment methods offered, and the entire purchase procedure. He or she also declares that he or she accepts them without reservation and has received comprehensive information in this regard. Warranty

All products sold by Antonio Barbaro srl They are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the invoice (or shipping document) received by email in PDF format. Please note that the 24-month warranty is reserved for private consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the order form).

In cases where the application of the warranty requires the return of the product, the item must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories, and intact consumables). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, whenever possible, placing it in a second box. In all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the product's original packaging should be avoided.

All shipments of products will be returned to the sender at his expense:

- Not including packaging.
- Received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and therefore damaged during transport: the Warranty does not cover damage due to failure to use the original packaging and adequate external protective packaging.

By convention, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnities as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things is excluded.

Right of Withdrawal

- Return costs are always borne by the Customer

Antonio Barbaro srl reserves the right to inspect returned goods for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

Refunds

Customers will have a single point of contact for any complaints or any related issues both during the order phase and in the post-sale phase.
