Returns and Refunds
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Product purchase contract, without having to provide any reason and without incurring costs other than those foreseen, within fourteen calendar days. The withdrawal period ("Withdrawal Period") expires after 14 days:
a) in the case of an order relating to a single Product, from the day on which the user or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the user, acquires physical possession of the Products; b) in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which the user or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the user, acquires physical possession of the last Product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform Antonio Barbaro srl , before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period, of his decision to withdraw. To this end, the user can:
- use the standard withdrawal form made available to you on the Site, before concluding the contract (Standard Withdrawal Form;
- submit any other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract, indicating the order number, the Product(s) for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal and your address (Withdrawal Declaration).
If the user opts for the Withdrawal Declaration, it is in the user's interest to use a durable medium for the same since the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period falls on the user himself.
Refunds
The refund includes the initial shipping costs and is made in full within 14 days of the return. If the products are not returned in a timely manner, in their original packaging and without any damage, the refund may be partial at the sole and unquestionable discretion of the company. Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the user must return the Products to Antonio Barbaro srl , without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicated to Antonio Barbaro srl your decision to withdraw. The Product is considered returned when it is delivered, within the aforementioned deadline, to the courier indicated by Antonio Barbaro srl , or, as applicable, to the courier chosen by the user. To return an item, the user must follow the procedure below, as well as the instructions provided both on the Site, before finalizing the contract, and attached to the order confirmation email.
Return costs
The user who returns the Product from the same country in which the Product was delivered or from a country other than the one indicated in the order confirmation email in which the delivery took place, must return it, appropriately protected and packaged and under his own responsibility, using a carrier of your choice and at your own expense, including any customs costs, and sending it to the address on the package received previously.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
The form must be filled out in its entirety and included in the package upon return.
Items purchased on promotion or on sale are excluded from the exchange and return service.
